Each year, Anaconda celebrates success in our business with the Ruben Fried Retailer of the Year award, with peer-based nominations to highlight the qualities of our future leaders and embodiment of the Anaconda culture bred over the past 20 years.

However, winning the Ruben Fried Retailer of the Year for 2024 was incredibly gratifying and I am so thankful to my colleagues across Anaconda for this recognition.

This award not only acknowledged my efforts and commitments to Ruben’s Golden Rules, in which Anaconda truly empowers its team members to live by, but also reinforced my commitment to “Do whatever it takes” for excellence in my work.
