This is a unique business that allows me to be a true retailer and where my team and I are rewarded for our hard work and passion.

I’ve grown up at Anaconda. After beginning here as a Casual, 10 years later I’m running a $14 million business with complete autonomy…How cool is that!

Our marketing is done in-house, giving us the opportunity to change and adapt to what our customers want and need. Over the past 11 years, Anaconda has given me the opportunity to grow and develop in my role, as well as the encouragement and knowledge to build my skills to advance further in my career.

I have been with the Anaconda business for over 6 years and started my career as a Casual Team Member at our Hoppers Crossing store. I’ve gone from a casual to a member of support office and have never looked back! I’ve been able to see so many places through my work and meet heaps of like minded passionate people about the outdoors.
