Team Leader

Team Leaders in our Distribution Centre are responsible for the overall supervision of all warehouse activities, from receiving goods to rostering and training Team Members. They ensure a safe work environment and foster a productive and harmonious Team culture. Team Leaders must perform at a high level in challenging circumstances, exercise superior  organisational skills, and be self motivated in seeking ways to continuously improve their own performance, and that of their Team.
